A sonification of the magnitude of the air-flow inside a BMW car.
The video shows two different interface metaphors to the same sonification 1) a ‘paper plane’ and 2) a ‘boom-mic’. This interactive sonification was shown on the Responsive Workbench on the SGI stand at the Hannover Messe in 1999.
This video was made in collaboration with Gerhardt Eckel and Johhny Plate in the Virtual Environments group at the GMD German National Research Institute in Bonn, sometime in 1999.
